Criminal Investigation and Legal Action Against Theft

  1. Sirish Shah, Biao Huang, and Arun Tangirala have all given up their defences and their theft of my PID tuning software source code (written in Matlab language) is proven.

  5. Judgment of the Court on the theft of PID tuning software source code, which concluded that there was a body of evidence supporting my theft claim against them. The "direct" evidence mentioned by the court is supported by the fact that in the year 2000 I saw the stolen source code on the computer used by Arun Tangirala (Thief #3).
  6. Written submission to the court showing all the theft defendants Sirish Shah, Biao Huang, and Arun Tangirala have given up their defenses. They don't deny the theft.
